RENTER'S INSURANCE |

Dear Future Resident, ATC Development Corp. requires that all new residents carry Renter's Insurance or pay $10.00 per month for a fire damage release. All new residents must provide ATC Development Corp. with a copy of their Renter's Insurance policy on the day of move in. If you choose not to obtain Renter's Insurance, you will be required to pay a $10.00 monthly fee and sign a FIRE DAMAGE RELEASE ADDENDUM. The $10.00 charge will be added to your monthly rent and will release you from any liability due to fire damage done to your apartment. This fee and fire addendum will not cover your personal property or that of your neighbors. This fee will only release you from liability in the event that a fire occurs from your negligence. Additionally, this fee prevents ATC Development Corp. from filing a lawsuit against you. However, you are not protected from a lawsuit filed by another party.
